Global Program Collaboration of the Year

This award recognises a standout collaboration between multiple parties that enabled the successful delivery of a complex global insurance programme. It celebrates the power of aligned objectives, seamless coordination and joint problem-solving in overcoming the operational, regulatory and structural challenges of global delivery. The strongest entries will show how collaboration enhanced performance, strengthened delivery, and created measurable value for multinational clients.

Eligibility 

This award is open to any combination of organisations that collaborated to design, deliver or support a global insurance program. This may include brokers, insurers, networks, and other service providers involved in the successful execution of a cross-border solution. 

Criteria 

  • Strategic alignment: Explain the shared objective of the collaboration and how each party’s role contributed to achieving it 
  • Collaborative execution: Describe how the parties worked together to deliver the program, including how coordination enabled compliance, consistency, or resolution of key challenges 
  • Communication and coordination: Detail the methods used to maintain alignment, transparency and responsiveness across organisations and markets 
  • Program success: Provide evidence of the overall success of the global program, including outcomes such as timely delivery, technical quality, regulatory compliance, or achievement of client goals 
  • Value delivered: Demonstrate the value the collaboration created for the client and partners – including measurable improvements in service, efficiency, long-term relationships, or future delivery

Entrants should: 

  • Select four entry criteria to address in your submission. You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (40 points in total) 
  • Draw on practical examples of when and how you have demonstrated the abilities, behaviours and knowledge referenced in the entry criteria 
  • Demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline
