Best Captive or ART Solution
Risk Managers are increasingly looking to align captive and/or ART solutions with international programs. This award recognises best in class captive and/or ART solutions that help multinational clients to understand their exposures, optimise risk retention and risk transfer, and tackle emerging or hard-to-place risks.
Eligibility
This award is open to brokers, carriers, and captive owners (including risk managers and in-house captive teams) who support multinational organisations in navigating complex global risks with captive and/or ART solutions.
We welcome submissions from companies of all sizes and across all borders.
Criteria:
- Deep expertise: Showcase the specialist knowledge your organisation brings to structuring and operating captive and/or ART solutions for complex global risks
- Strategic alignment: Demonstrate how your captive and/or ART solution aligns with overall risk financing strategy, organisational objectives, and multinational programme structures
- Innovation: Illustrate how a commitment to innovation enables you to develop bold and bespoke captive and/or ART solutions
- Emerging risks: Explain how your captive and/or ART solutions address gaps or challenging market conditions to manage new or emerging risks
- Impact: Detail the measurable impact of your captive and/or ART solutions in helping organisations understand exposures and optimise risk retention and risk transfer

Entrants should:
- Select four of the entry criteria to address in your submission. You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (40 points in total)
- Draw on practical examples of when and how you have demonstrated the abilities, behaviours and knowledge referenced in the entry criteria
- Demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline
