As the multinational insurance landscape evolves, new entrants are pushing the boundaries of innovation, service, and global reach. This award honours a pioneering broker or carrier that has launched its multinational proposition within the last three years and has quickly established itself as a formidable player in the market. The Best Newcomer Award recognises an organisation that has brought fresh ideas, unique solutions, and a dynamic approach to serving the complex needs of multinational clients.

Eligibility 

This award is open to insurance carriers and brokers who have launched their multinational insurance proposition within the last three years and can demonstrate significant impact, growth, and innovation in this space.

We welcome submissions from companies of all sizes and across all borders.

Criteria 

  • Innovative offering: Highlight the unique and innovative products or services that distinguish your proposition from established competitors and meet the diverse needs of multinational clients
  • Impactful market entry: Provide evidence of how your entrance into the multinational insurance market has disrupted or enhanced the industry, including early successes and/or market share acquisition 
  • Agility and responsiveness: Showcase your ability to quickly adapt to market demands, regulatory changes, and/or client requirements, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness in delivering tailored insurance solutions 
  • Client-centric approach: Demonstrate how your organisation places clients at the heart of its strategy, with examples of personalised service, clear communication, and the development of long-term relationships 
  • Business Performance: Evidence strong business performance through financial success and/or other KPIs

Entrants should: 

  • Select four of the entry criteria to address in your submission. You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (40 points in total) 
  • Draw on practical examples of when and how you have demonstrated the abilities, behaviours and knowledge referenced in the entry criteria 
  • Demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline
