This award recognises a servicing office that delivers outstanding service excellence in the execution of global insurance programmes. It highlights teams that combine speed, accuracy and responsiveness with strong technical expertise to ensure seamless and compliant local delivery. It celebrates those who prioritise client and partner needs, resolve challenges quickly and communicate effectively, demonstrating how high-quality servicing underpins programme success and creates tangible value for multinational clients.

Eligibility 

This award is open to servicing offices within insurance carriers, brokers or networks involved in the local delivery of multinational insurance programmes.

Entries may come from issuing offices, network partners, operational hubs or local servicing teams supporting global clients.

Criteria 

  • Local delivery excellence: Demonstrate your ability to execute global programmes in-country, including policy issuance, documentation and compliance
  • Regulatory and market expertise: Showcase your understanding of local regulatory, legal and tax requirements and how you apply these in practice
  • Collaboration and coordination: Provide examples of how you work with brokers, carriers, networks or global teams to deliver seamless programme outcomes
  • Client and partner service: Highlight responsiveness, communication, and your ability to solve challenges and deliver value to clients and partners
  • Impact on programme success: Evidence how your office contributes to the effectiveness, consistency, or scalability of multinational programmes

Entrants should:

  • Select four entry criteria to address in your submission. You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (40 points in total)
  • Draw on practical examples of when and how you have demonstrated the abilities, behaviours and knowledge referenced in the entry criteria
  • Demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline
