Creativity in Global Programs

The art of creative problem solving is at the heart of executing successful global insurance programs. This award recognises an example of creativity in the design or delivery of global insurance programs that demonstrates imagination, inventiveness, and enterprise.

Eligibility 

This award is open to all brokers and carriers with a multinational offering.   

We welcome submissions from companies of all sizes and across all borders. 

Criteria 

  • Clarification: Explain the problem you were trying to solve and how you worked to break it down, analyse and understand its root cause, scope and/or significance 
  • Ideation: Document how you set about to generate and evaluate ideas to solve the problem in pursuit of the most effective solution for all parties involved 
  • Development: Illustrate how you decided on, developed and refined your preferred solution to the problem in the context of restraints such as budget or timing 
  • Implementation: Describe how you implemented the solution and navigated any challenges along the way to achieve your desired outcome 
  • Impact: Demonstrate the impact of your creative problem solving in terms of the benefits realised for all parties 

 

Further guidance:  

Entrants should: 

  • Select four of the entry criteria to address in your submission. You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (40 points in total) 
  • Draw on practical examples of when and how you have demonstrated the abilities, behaviours and knowledge referenced in the entry criteria 
  • Demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline
