Emerging Risk Solution of the Year
This award recognises a broker, carrier or partnership that has developed and delivered a client-ready solution to address an emerging or fast-evolving risk within a global insurance context. From cyber and climate to intangible assets, AI, political violence or supply chain disruption, the winning entry will demonstrate how a clearly defined risk was turned into a structured, scalable solution – enabling multinational clients to manage exposures that fall outside traditional risk frameworks.
Eligibility
This award is open to brokers, carriers and partnerships that have designed and implemented a solution to address a complex, emerging or evolving risk affecting multinational clients. Risks may include, but are not limited to cyber, climate, artificial intelligence, intangible assets, political violence, supply chain fragility, regulatory uncertainty or technology-driven exposures.
Criteria:
- Risk definition and urgency: Define the emerging or evolving risk the solution addresses and explain why it poses a growing challenge for multinational clients – whether due to scale, speed of change, regulatory complexity or coverage gaps
- Strategic response: Describe how the solution was developed in response to the specific risk, including how it aligns with global program requirements and supports clients navigating new exposures
- Innovation and originality: Highlight what makes the solution innovative – whether in its approach, coverage design, use of data, or adaptation to emerging exposures
- Implementation and delivery: Provide evidence of how the solution has been executed in practice – including client adoption, successful placement, integration into programs, or operational rollout
- Client and market impact: Demonstrate measurable outcomes such as improved risk protection, enhanced resilience, better compliance, or influence on broader market practices
