Global Program Delivery Team of the Year

This award recognises an operational team within a broker or carrier that plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in the successful delivery of global insurance programs. These are the teams who coordinate across borders, functions or markets to ensure programs are executed accurately, compliantly and on time – managing timelines, issuing policies, resolving challenges and aligning local offices. Often working out of view, they are the engine room of global program delivery, turning complexity into consistency for multinational clients.

Eligibility 

This award is open to cross-functional or cross-border teams within a single organisation, including brokers, insurers, network managers or operational hubs. It is intended for teams directly responsible for the execution of global insurance programs, through functions such as placement, coordination, policy issuance, servicing, claims handling or compliance.

Criteria 

  • Team structure and purpose: Describe the composition of the team, its responsibilities, and how its structure enables effective delivery of global insurance programs 
  • Coordination and communication: Explain how the team maintains alignment and responsiveness across markets, time zones or internal functions 
  • Operational delivery: Provide evidence of how the team delivers consistent, compliant and timely execution, such as policy issuance, documentation, claims handling or other critical delivery functions 
  • Problem-solving: Provide examples of specific challenges the team has faced and explain how they were resolved, highlighting adaptability, decision-making and improvement to delivery or client outcomes 
  • Impact: Demonstrate the impact of the team’s work, such as improved client satisfaction, enhanced delivery consistency, increased efficiency, or other measurable contributions to business success

Entrants should: 

  • Select four of the entry criteria to address in your submission. You will be awarded a maximum of 10 points per section (40 points in total) 
  • Draw on practical examples of when and how you have demonstrated the abilities, behaviours and knowledge referenced in the entry criteria 
  • Demonstrate evidence from the last 12-18 months, up to the awards entry deadline
